Ratimir Kova\u010devi\u0107 i suradnici, Priru\u010dnik dijetalne prehrane, Izdava\u010d Hrvatska dijabeti\u010dka udruga Klinika &#8220;Vuk Vrhovac&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>U ovu skupinu svrstavaju se sve vrste mesa, mesne prera\u0111evine i druga hrana koja sadr\u017ei bjelan\u010devine. Prema sadr\u017eaju masno\u0107a ova skupina je podijeljena u tri podskupine. Tako se u podskupini MESO I nalaze sve vrste mr\u0161avog mesa (bez vidljive masno\u0107e), u podskupini MESO II svrstano je meso s malo masno\u0107e, polumasni sirevi (25% mm), mesne prera\u0111evine i jaja. U podskupini MESO III obuhva\u0107ena su jako masna mesa (s vidljivom masno\u0107om), mesne prera\u0111evine s vidljivom masno\u0107om i punomasni sirevi (45% mm).<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"blue\">MESO I &#8211;
